Ion Implantation

Our manufacturing faciliites are furnished with the complete set of equipment to process refractory materials to high precision components for the ion implant market.


We can provide customers with raw materials, such as plates, sheets, bars and rods made of refractory metal materials such as :
• tungsten
• molybdenum
• tantalum
• niobium

Or we are able to provide finished tungsten and molybdenum products used in large-beam, medium-beam and high-energy ion sources. These products have been qualified at consumers in Taiwan and the United States.

We have advanced testing equipment which ensures the most accurate test results. Our testing facility has passed ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory accreditation,  second party certification by Rolls Royce, and accreditation of the U.S. NADCAP (the National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program), covering all areas of ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

With a complete set of imported precision machining equipment, with self-produced materials such as tungsten, molybdenum, tantalum and niobium as the basis of quality, and combining advanced foreign technology, we can design, produce and process high-precision and high-quality products according to customer requirements. Our tungsten and molybdenum products used in the ion implanter have the advantages of stable high purity and good mechanical properties, and are suitable for processing arc chamber components with complex shapes.
